Here's a few pics from the October 4th Celebration to honor St. Francis. The event was held in the village of North Komelic. The day's events included singing and dancing by traditional groups from around our reservation and even our neighboring tribes. There was plenty of good waila music to keep our toes tapping and hips swaying to the cumbia beats. Mariachis, Matachinas, Keihindam, and Neidam...I had a great time and I know many others went away happy to share the day with our O'odham.
